Routing Freight Collect gives you more control of freight costs and adds additional shipments and revenue spent with carriers.  The more shipments and revenue you provide a carrier, the better the discounts GLI can negotiate on your company’s behalf.

When you need logistics support, you call GLI.  GLI has no voicemail, however, you will receive a live person to speak with from 6:00 am to 5:00 pm PST. Your dedicated Logistics Manager is there to assist you with freight quotes, dispatch, looking for lost shipments, freight claims and much more.  Our month-end reports offer a multitude of valuable information that benefits your business.  If there is a report you need beyond the month-end reports, you contact our IT department and they will custom build it for you.

Senior Management Support

Freight cost is a major expense for most companies.  However, most companies have little to no information readily available for Senior Management to review.  GLI takes logistics from the warehouse to the Boardroom where it belongs.  Executive reports provide Senior Management with a brief summary of freight cost every month and measures it year to year from the time you engage GLI to the present.  GLI is available to attend Senior Management meetings, online video meetings and conference calls to answer questions and offer advice when requested.
